About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and creative video professional to bring ideas to life through compelling visuals. From concept to final cut, you’ll handle cinematic shooting, lighting, and editing across various projects—brand campaigns, ads, social media, and more. If you’re passionate about visual storytelling and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities:
● Creative Ideation & Execution: Collaborate with brand strategists, clients, marketing teams, and internal creatives to conceptualize and produce high-impact video content for marketing, branding, advertising, and storytelling purposes.
● Cinematic Production: Operate professional cinema-grade cameras to capture high-quality visuals, ensuring alignment with the creative brief, brand guidelines, and campaign goals.
● Production Management: Lead on-set operations including camera direction, lighting setup, shot composition, and crew coordination during studio and on-location shoots.
● Client-Focused Storytelling: Translate client visions into engaging video narratives through pre-production planning, scripting support, and visual style development.
● Equipment Oversight: Manage and maintain a full range of production gear—cameras, lights, lenses, drones, gimbals, and sound equipment—ensuring readiness and reliability for all shoots.
● Post-Production Support: Collaborate with editors and motion designers to ensure footage quality, color grading consistency, and smooth integration of visual effects and graphics.
● Platform Optimization: Adapt content to fit various platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TVC, corporate presentations, etc.) while maintaining production quality and audience engagement.
● Creative Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, camera technologies, and visual storytelling techniques to continually elevate the quality and originality of Creative Labs’ video content.

Requirements:
● Proficient with professional cameras lighting equipment, and stabilizers.
● Strong knowledge of visual composition, lighting, and camera movement.
● Proficiency with editing and color grading software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve), After effects.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Educational Requirements::
Bachelor/Honors in any discipline (Film & Media Studies or related field is preferred)
