About the Role:
We are looking for a Frontend Engineer (React & Next.JS) who is passionate about building high-performance, scalable, and user-centric web applications. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, mobile app developers, and product managers to deliver modern frontend solutions using industry best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and optimize web applications using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
● Build responsive and reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS, SCSS, and Styled Components.
● Implement efficient state management using Redux, Context API, Recoil, or Zustand.
● Integrate and manage data using RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
● Optimize application performance using Lighthouse and modern frontend best practices.
● Configure and maintain build tools such as Webpack, Vite, and Babel.
● Write and maintain high-quality tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
● Ensure accessibility (a11y), cross-browser compatibility, and UI/UX best practices.
● Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to code reviews and architectural decisions.
● Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and trends.
Preferred Skills:
✅ 2–4 years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer working with React.js & Next.js
✅ Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
✅ Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Recoil, Zustand)
✅ Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL
✅ Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools (Lighthouse)
✅ Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)
✅ Proficiency in modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, SCSS, Styled Components)
✅ Experience with frontend testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
✅ Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
➕ Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
➕ Experience with SSR & SSG using Next.js
➕ Knowledge of micro-frontends or modular frontend architecture
➕ Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployment
➕ Experience working in Agile development environments
