Job Responsibilities:
✅ Social Media Management:
- Post regular updates, respond to messages, and manage client interactions on the page.
- Monitor performance and coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns.
✅ Client Communication:
- Answer calls from potential clients, provide information, and schedule meetings.
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow up on leads.
✅ Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong client relationships and address inquiries promptly.
- Assist with follow-up emails and newsletters.
✅ Team Collaboration:
- Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency in client communication.
- Help with scheduling, maintaining communication records, and organizing appointments.
Experience:
1. Previous experience in digital marketing or a related field is usually required, with at least 1-3 years of hands-on experience being common for many roles.
2. Experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), content marketing, or social media marketing can be crucial.
