About the Role:
We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager to manage our online presence. The role involves creating engaging content, hosting live sessions, managing client communication, and driving social media campaigns. You will be responsible for boosting brand visibility, engaging audiences, and supporting marketing initiatives across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
● Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
● Develop and maintain weekly/monthly content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.
● Ensure all social media content aligns with the company’s brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
● Host live sessions to promote services, share updates, and engage with audiences in real time.
● Regularly call clients to share updates, promotions, and respond to inquiries.
● Maintain consistent feedback loops with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
● Promptly respond to messages, comments, and queries across all social media channels.
● Support planning and execution of social media campaigns to boost reach and conversions.
● Track and report social media performance using analytics tools.
