About the Role:
We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager to manage our online presence. The role involves creating engaging content, hosting live sessions, managing client communication, and driving social media campaigns. You will be responsible for boosting brand visibility, engaging audiences, and supporting marketing initiatives across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
● Communicate directly with clients through phone calls and messages to understand their needs, share updates, and maintain strong relationships.
● Manage and grow the company’s social media pages across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
● Plan and post engaging content following the brand’s strategy and marketing calendar.
● Coordinate with the creative team for visuals, captions, and campaign planning.
● Respond promptly to comments, messages, and client queries across platforms.
● Track and analyze performance metrics to measure engagement and improve results.
● Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Requirements:
● Excellent verbal communication skills (especially over phone and chat).
● Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
● Ability to create engaging captions and basic content ideas.
● Good sense of social media trends, timing, and audience behavior.
● Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
● Teamwork and time management skills to handle multiple pages or clients.
● Positive attitude, patience, and client-handling capability.
● Experience in running paid campaigns will be an added advantage.
