About the Role:
We are seeking experienced WordPress Plugin Developers with a minimum of 2 years of experience. This role is crucial for driving the development and enhancement of our WordPress plugins, ensuring they meet high standards of functionality, performance, and user experience.

Job Responsibilities:
✅ Build secure, scalable, and easy-to-maintain WordPress solutions adhering to coding standards and best practices.
✅ Develop custom WordPress plugins, themes, and Gutenberg blocks.
✅ Write and maintain test cases for all developed code to ensure quality.
✅ Create thorough technical documentation, including inline comments, Git readme files, and detailed commit messages.
✅ Respect project timelines and proactively communicate progress and blockers in a remote team environment.
✅ Assist and mentor teammates through code reviews, peer reviews, and shared knowledge sessions.
Requirements:
🔸 Proven experience in WordPress plugin/theme development with high-quality outcomes.
🔸 Strong knowledge of PHP, OOP principles, and WordPress coding standards.
🔸 Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript.
🔸 Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks- React.
🔸 Proficiency in Git-based development and deployment workflows
🔸 Good understanding of computer science fundamentals (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
🔸 Experience with WordPress hooks, actions, filters, and REST APIs.
🔸 Curiosity and desire to learn and grow skills.
