About the Role:
StepUp is looking for responsible and customer-focused Remote Moderators to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Bangladesh.
As a Remote Moderator, your primary responsibility will be to confirm customer orders through our software, assist customers with product-related inquiries, and maintain accurate order information.
Job Responsibilities:
● Confirm customer orders using our software.
● Explain product information and answer customer inquiries professionally.
● Communicate clearly and politely with customers over phone calls.
● Update customer and order information accurately in the system.
● Complete assigned tasks within the scheduled working hours.
Requirements:
Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification (experience may be considered in place of education).
● Excellent communication skills in Bengali.
● Basic smartphone operation skills.
● A laptop or desktop computer is preferred, but candidates may also work using a smartphone.
● Reliable internet connection.
● Self-motivated, responsible, and committed to delivering quality service.
