About the Role:
As a Project Officer at StepUp, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery. You will coordinate between multiple departments—Digital Marketing, Content, Web, and Creative—to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. You will also contribute to building strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibilities:
● Act as the main contact for clients, managing communication and understanding needs.
● Gather detailed project requirements and share with relevant teams.
● Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Content, Web, and Creative teams to ensure smooth workflow.
● Track project progress, deadlines, and quality standards; ensure timely delivery.
● Provide regular updates, performance insights, and reports to clients.
● Address client queries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
● Manage risks, resolve issues quickly, and escalate major ones to management.
● Maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
● Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
● Contribute ideas to improve processes, service delivery, and overall client experience.
● Ensure overall project success and profitability for the company.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or client servicing (agency experience preferred).
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients and teams.
● Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
● Strong ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects efficiently.
● Good understanding of digital marketing, creative production, and project workflows.
● Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
● Proficiency in project management tools, or CRM software is a plus.
