Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and help grow our business. You will identify new opportunities, promote our products/services, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, target-driven, and has excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Responsibilities:
● Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
● Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
● Present and promote company products/services to customers.
● Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
● Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client inquiries.
● Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize revenue.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:
● Proven experience in sales or related field.
● Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
● Maintains a positive, professional, and proactive approach.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
● Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
● Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
